Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We ask that our customers supply water hoses for water events but if you are unable to, let us know and we can bring one.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty. As a precaution, if it is actively raining, more than a slight sprinkle, the wind is more than 20 m.p.h. , or it is below 40 degrees, we will not deliver or set up the unit. If the unit is set up and it begins to rain, we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund for bad weather. We will work with you the day of your rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.
We expect to receive our inflatables back in a fairly clean condition. We realize that children are in and out of it all day, can allow grass to enter by means of their socks. We will not charge for cleaning this. However, since you will receive a list of general rules at the time of setup, any food, drink stains, or not following any other listed rule of this nature, will result in a minimum $35.00 clean up fee at time of pickup. The inflatable will be inspected before it is picked up at your location.
No, most inflatables are not made for water play. It is not safe to play on them and it does damage to the inflatable. The only exception to this are specific water rental units. If water is placed on any unit other than our specific water units that is rented as a water unit, a fee of at least $100.00 will be charged. Damage costs may include, but are not limited to, the cost of cleaning and drying the unit, material damage, and any rental fee due to any missed rentals. Do not use water unless specifically approved in advance.
Customers are responsible for power. JC Inflatable Rentals is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Typically we need one dedicated 20 amp circuit for each blower. Other items can not be plugged into the same circuit. We furnish one 50 ft. extension cord per blower unit. Unit needs to be placed within 50 ft. of the power source. Generators may be rented in advance if a power source is not available. No refunds will be provided if adequate power is not available on day of event.
